Last night my Aunt asked me a simple question, “How’s Buffalo doing?”

Good question! I've been head down releasing the thing on both coasts, and haven't really had the time to take stock. So here goes: Buffalo, the new record, by the numbers…

How I feel about it? I feel like we made a thing that if you give it the time of day it gives it back in a big way. I’m proud of it. It’s music! I remember a time when the thought of recording an album that sounded like real music was flabbergasting.

To all you folks who listened, wrote me, and came to the shows, you rock. I feel excited to be in the writing room again, and to take this month for a long exhale.

And looking at the rather ridiculous numbers above, I'm overwhelmed with thanks to you for the kindness, hospitality, and tireless support that made all those numbers add to the answer to my Aunt's question - awesome.

AND I do see why the tour van is a thing.
